Our Vision

Our Vision for Loranger Elementary embraces a community of Learners joined together in a nurturing and safe environment supported by committed teachers and staff, devoted parents, a supportive district, and a strong community. We work together to provide students an equitable daily experience that challenges them academically while supporting their social emotional needs.  Our teachers and students are striving to become 21st Century Literacies Learners that will be ready to succeed in today’s world.

Talented Theatre World Premiere Movie Night

The 2025 TPSS Talented Theatre World Premiere will be held Thursday, February 6 at 7pm in the theater of Amite Magnet High School. There will be three 20-minute movies, each exploring a social issue facing students. All the stories were developed by the talented theatre students, who also perform in the movies.

Admission is free. 

Krewe of Champions 2025

Save the Date!

The 2025 Krewe of Champions Parade is set to roll through downtown Amite, Saturday, February 15th at noon. More details to come!

January is School Board Recognition Month and Tangipahoa Parish School System is honored to celebrate its school board members for their dedication and commitment to the district’s schools and students!
